Etowah Auction Terms and Conditions:

All seal bids will be due on September 30th at 5 pm. Selected sealed bids will be invited to a private absolute auction on October 1st at 10 am. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price to arrive at the total contract purchase price paid by the buyer(s). A 10% down payment of the total contract purchase price will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The balance of contract purchase price is due within 20 days. The down payment may be paid in personal check, business check and/or cash. 2% Broker participation, 48 hr. registration required before the auction, please see Broker Participation form for rules and regulations.
