David Pozy, Broker and Principal Auctioneer

David

David Pozy has been in the real estate business since 2004 focusing on commercial real estate. David's experience in real estate and service to the community inspired him to go to auction school to become an auctioneer. David has conducted many local and charity auctions.

He is a member of the National Board of REALTORS®, National Auctioneers Association, Tennessee Auctioneers Association, Knoxville Home Builders Association, Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, Farragut Chamber of Commerce, and Candidate for E-Pro, Knoxville Business Association, and Tennessee Networking Team. He is a real estate agent with KW Commercial and Principal Auctioneer with Keller Williams Realty & Auction.

David is a Certified Short Sale Agent (CSSA). The growing demand of properties falling in value and pre-foreclosures more prevalent today then ever. David being a Certified Short Sale Agent gives him and his team the experience for a smooth transition for all parties involved in the short sale transaction.

David grew up in Farragut, attending Farragut schools and graduating from Knoxville Catholic High School. He played soccer for the University of Memphis and graduated from the University of Tennessee. He spent many years in sales, before finding his passion in commercial real estate and auctions.

Missy Henderson, Realtor ® and App. Auctioneer

Missy has been in sales and marketing for 20 years. She has worked in all forms of the auction business, from clerk to cashier to auctioneer. She has extensive experience with design and advertising. She not only is a Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer but Managing Partner Pozy Auctions, Investor Keller Williams Realty, and the Director of Marketing for Pozy Auctions. She holds a BS from the University of Tennessee, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Licensed Auctioneer, member of the National Association of Auctioneers, Tennessee Association of Auctioneers, Knoxville Association of Realtors and Tennessee Association of Realtors.

Missy grew up in the Dayton & Chattanooga TN area, and graduated from Notre Dame High School in Chattanooga. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.

Jim grew up in Knoxville, attending Webb High School. He is a graduate from the University of Tennessee. Jim has been in the Real Estate Industry for the past 12 years. He is accredited by the State of Tennessee to teach Real Estate courses.
